Re-enroll Student
Completing this Re-enrollment Form re-enrolls you in the Independent Education Program for next year. Registration for individual classes is separate and will be done through the Registration Tab of openSIS after class registration opens.
Check Student Information
Before re-enrolling your student for the upcoming school year, please check to confirm that their information in openSIS is accurate.
Please note the Student ID from openSIS. You will need to enter it during this re-enrollment process.
Use of Student Information and Photos
The Independent Education Program photographs classes, competitions, and other events your student will participate in. Your student will likely be in these images. We reserve the right to use these photos on our websites, social media content, and marketing materials.
We’re proud of the work our students do. We post student achievements and work, along with student names and occasionally age/grade level to our websites, social media channels, and in our emails.
We never sell student information or parent information. We do our best to make sure as much information remains as private as possible.
Student Commitments
Students in the Independent Education Program are held to high educational standards. To be a student in the program, they must commit to the following.
Please review the following commitments with your student to ensure they understand and agree to them.
I commit to attend every class I can reasonably attend for the full class period.
If I must miss a class period, I commit to informing my teacher prior to the period I will be absent.
I commit to being invested in my education mentally and emotionally.
I will not check out emotionally, purposefully fail, or be willfully ignorant in my education.
If I do not understand what is being taught in class, I commit to raising my hand and asking questions until I do understand.
I understand that growth and learning can be challenging. I commit to taking these challenges on to improve myself.
I recognize that I am the number one variable in my own life and learning. I commit to taking responsibility for my own actions and education.
I understand that I will make mistakes. I will not let these mistakes stop me from trying again and improving.
I recognize that no one is perfect. I commit to giving others and myself the grace needed to improve.
I will not let fear govern my actions or stop me from trying something new.
