We’ll collect the following information for the parent(s) of the student you are registering

Independent Education Program New Student Registration
This form is for students who are new to the IEProgram. By filling out this form, you are applying for your student to be part of the IEProgram. Class Enrollment is a separate process following student registration.
The registration process is broken down into three sections. The form must be filled out once per student you wish to register with the program.

Section #3: Policies and Commitments
Students and parents need to agree to our policies and commitments to finalize student registration.
There is a $50 student registration fee
